About the Role

As a highly skilled Pension Scheme Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely completion of pension administration tasks and calculations, adhering to internal processes, company policies, and governing regulations.

Your Impact You will make a significant impact by providing expert guidance to scheme members, preparing member correspondence and client reports, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of service quality through diligent attention to detail and proactive communication.

The Ideal Candidate We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in defined benefit/defined contribution pension scheme administration. A strong understanding of pension laws and regulations is essential. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to process and input data accurately. Strong communication skills and a logical approach to problem-solving are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute's CPC qualification.

Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a minimum of 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days.
