About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our clients' pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of DB, DC, and Hybrid pension schemes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of pension payments and benefits
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of our pension administration systems and processes

About You:

  • Strong experience in pension administration, preferably with DB, DC, and Hybrid schemes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
