Pension Scheme Administration Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in pensions and experience in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively with external suppliers. A recognised pensions-related qualification is also highly desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of pension schemes operated for employees, coordinating trustee board and sub-committee meetings, and preparing reports and briefings. You will also support the delivery of trustee governance, payroll change programme, and provide administrative support as needed.

Salary: £280 per day

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as specialist support for the management of the pension scheme.
  2. Ensure the smooth running of the pension schemes operated for employees.
  3. Coordinate trustee board and sub-committee meetings and prepare reports and briefings.
  4. Support the delivery of trustee governance.
  5. Support the payroll change programme.
  6. Ensure the effective delivery of services including management of escalations of queries and complaints.
  7. Perform admin and Ad-hoc activities including supporting monthly payroll reports.
