Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing administration support for pensions schemes. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and logging casework in a timely manner, ensuring that information is complete prior to passing it over to the administration team for processing.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, with strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements. They will also possess excellent communication skills to answer queries by telephone, letter, and email, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administration tasks in a timely manner, adhering to internal processes and company policies
  • Manage workload, considering time required for all cases to be peer reviewed
  • Liaise with scheme members through various channels, including email, letter, or telephone
  • Prepare member correspondence and input data into client reports
  • Collaborate with team members and build relationships with supporting teams
