We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Coordination Lead to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of proposals in response to client-issued solicitations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Vice President of Preconstruction to identify potential proposals and assess their likelihood of success.
  • Develop and manage the proposal timeline, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
  • Create compelling content that aligns with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, estimators, and the business development team to gather and integrate technical content.
  • Review and edit proposals for grammar, style, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

">
  • 5-10 years of related experience in the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of complex proposal submissions.
  • Effective communication and advanced writing skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and methodical approach to workload.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & InDesign and Microsoft Office.
