Key Responsibilities:
Respond to contractor enquiries in a timely manner to ensure all queries are resolved.
Liaise with clients, tenants, and suppliers to resolve invoice disputes.
Post all invoices for payment to a strict deadline.
Review and update supplier statements of accounts promptly and efficiently.
Assist the Property & Tenancy Management team with any invoice queries.
Organise and participate in quarterly supplier meetings to provide internal feedback.
Review individual supplier performance on an ongoing basis and report any issues to the Suppliers Manager.
Assist the Supplier Manager with new supplier enquiries and contribute to the vetting process.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data-integrity is not compromised on the internal software system.

Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with client accounting software.
Strong customer-service skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Intermediate Excel skills.
