Event Administration Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to support the successful coordination and planning of live events for global audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with production teams and coordinators to track monthly sports events and matches.
- Assist with administrative tasks for clients and daily live streamed productions.
- Collaborate with Technical Coordinators to maintain event and stream technical requirements.
- Ensure completion of technical setups for current and future events following procedures.
- Generate weekly task boards for staff.
- Report and review revenue and events for client billing purposes.
- Schedule feeds with external partners.
- Gather information from clients and third parties to support the production team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and teamwork abilities, attention to detail and organizational skills focused on delivering top-notch streaming experiences.
What We Offer- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
