About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Returns Agent. As a key member of our vehicle returns team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers returning their rental vehicles and carry out thorough inspections
  • Process fleet reports and customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure the car park is managed effectively and efficiently
  • Carry out vehicle audits to ensure all cars meet expected standards in cleanliness and safety
  • Provide world-class customer service at every stage of the rental process

Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
