Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator at Seismic Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including raising and forwarding quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication.
- Sales Order Management: Create and manage sales orders, confirm delivery dates, and maintain a quotation log to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Organizational Skills: Coordinate sales meetings, track changing customer requirements, and ensure all tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Quality: Adhere to quality procedures and health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using internal sales systems and software.
