Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Consultant to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Service Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building a customer prospect pipeline, with a focus on securing new maintenance contracts and selling additional repair projects.

To excel in this position, you will:

  • Develop a personalized sales strategy to meet sales targets consistently
  • Manage sales activity and forecasts effectively to drive business growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts, with a focus on expanding and nurturing them organically
  • Acquire new customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively identify and address service delivery issues and react swiftly to any unforeseen challenges
