Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales records.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Sales Order Management: Create and confirm sales orders, maintain quotation logs, and ensure accurate delivery dates.
- Organizational Skills: Attend sales meetings, track changing customer requirements, and ensure all tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Adhere to quality procedures and health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using internal sales systems and software.
