At Europcar Group, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Returns Agent to join our team. As a key member of our vehicle returns team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet customers returning their rental vehicles
  • Carry out vehicle inspections and ensure the car park is managed effectively
  • Process fleet reports and customer invoices
  • Assist with ensuring cars are ready for collection for transporters
  • Carry out vehicle audits to ensure all cars meet expected standards in cleanliness and safety

As a Customer Service Returns Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Key skills required:

  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
