Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Assistant Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing personal care and practical support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and practical support to clients
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication
- Support clients with household chores, meal preparation, and other activities
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Experience in social care or a related field
- Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
