We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Co-ordinator at Runwood Homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering meaningful, person-centred activity and occupation to all our residents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on and delivering high-quality meaningful activity for all residents
  • Ensuring people living with dementia enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents
  • Stimulating excellent interaction and communication between staff and residents
  • Promoting and developing mealtimes as highlights of the day
  • Creating and maintaining excellent community links

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive forward-thinking approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to enthuse and guide others. Previous experience in a care home setting or providing activity is an advantage, but not essential. We offer individual support, guidance, and investment in your development to ensure you have the confidence and skills to deliver high-quality activity and engagement to residents.
