Activity Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Activity Coordinator to join our team at Runwood Homes. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering meaningful activities and occupations for our residents, ensuring their dignity and self-esteem are enhanced through positive relationships and free expression of individuality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on and deliver high-quality meaningful activities for all residents
  • Ensure residents living with dementia enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents
  • Stimulate excellent interaction and communication between staff and residents
  • Promote and develop mealtimes as highlights of the day
  • Create and maintain excellent community links
