Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Runwood Homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering meaningful activities and occupations to our residents, ensuring their dignity and self-esteem are enhanced through positive relationships and free expression of individuality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure residents with dementia receive equal opportunities for engagement and activity.
  • Foster excellent communication and interaction between staff and residents, promoting a positive and inclusive community.
  • Enhance mealtimes by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging socialization and conversation.
  • Establish and maintain strong community links, promoting our residents' well-being and quality of life.
