Temp Station Ltd is a dynamic and growing recruitment and logistics company seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Administrator/Resourcer/Consultant to join our team.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a small team in our Normanton office, learning all aspects of our business and developing their skills in administration, recruitment, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in office administration, including filing, data input, and in-house systems
- Support the payroll process, collating hours, checking timesheets, and creating costings
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and client files
- Conduct quarterly compliance checks with candidates
- Work with other team members on various systems, including recruitment, social media, and payroll
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, from recruitment to logistics
- Build and maintain client relationships
Working Arrangements
The working week will be Monday to Friday, with one day per week allocated for training and college.
