About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B campaigns across multiple channels, including online and offline initiatives
  • Utilize customer feedback to inform marketing activities and messaging
  • Create and analyze campaign performance reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain our website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with our marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage social media presence, including research and creation of engaging content
  • Provide regular campaign reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
