As a key member of our Utilities team, you will provide general office support and administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders and invoices
- Input productivity data into our bespoke client database
- Manage payroll and personnel administration
- Record equipment issues and maintenance
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Conscientious and detail-oriented with a proven track record in administration
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
