Job Title: Field Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role:

The Field Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth for our SME division.

This role comes with an uncapped bonus (£12K OTE) and a company car, making it an exciting opportunity for sales professionals looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to close and handover to the operations team.
  • Create and present tailored commercial offerings to potential clients.
  • Report calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity on to our Company Operating System.
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance reports.
  • Liaise regularly with Depot Manager and Regional General Manager to determine sales offensives within the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of delivering new business sales and generating a sales pipeline.
  • Existing network of business contacts and strong understanding of market research.
  • Confident using business software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
