Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Redline Group Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and revenue expansion. Based in Southampton, this position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in business development.
The company has extensive experience in developing scientific instrumentation, with a strong focus on R&D and OEM customers. Their range of stock crystals & waveguides and custom chip design capabilities make them a valuable partner for demanding customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts that drive revenue growth.
