Ambulatory Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill the role of Ambulatory Care Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital. In this position, you will:

  1. Plan, organize, and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of designated units/programs/services.
  2. Prepare staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources to meet patient care and operations requirements.
  3. Select, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support personnel.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current MA RN license required.
  2. Minimum of 4 years pediatric nursing experience required, Ambulatory experience strongly preferred.
  3. Demonstrated leadership in formalized role required.
