About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Activities Lead to join our team at a Barchester care home in Guildford. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

You will work closely with our community engagement team to develop community links and showcase our Home through social media platforms. This is an extremely rewarding role that requires you to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to suit every interest and ability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programmes for residents
  • Collaborate with community teams to create community links
  • Manage social media platforms to showcase the Home's activities
About You

To succeed as an Activities Lead, you must be warm, empathetic, and personable. Your organisational skills and driven mindset ensure that you always get things done and make things happen.

Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to participate in activities both within the Home and in the local community.
