Job Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Glemsford.



About the Role


As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support.



Responsibilities



  • Assist individuals with daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships
  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
  • Have a valid driver's license due to the needs of the service


Contract Options


Full-time and part-time contracts are available.



Shift Times


All services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance.

  • Estimated salary: £22,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
