About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Sudbury. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
