Strategic People Partner for a Thriving Organisation

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This part-time role, requiring between 30-35 hours per week, offers flexibility in working hours and would suit an accomplished BP with prior experience at this level.
As the primary HR point of contact, you will work closely with the Finance Director and report directly to them. Your key responsibility will be to develop and execute the organisation's people strategy, incorporating operational HR elements for a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). You will have full support from an administrator and enjoy a generalist remit within your duties, which include:
- Translate business objectives into actionable people plans
- ID opportunities to enhance employee engagement levels
- Coach and mentor teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences
- Integrate wellbeing practices and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategies
- Deliver people-focused projects
- Effectively manage employee relations issues
- Design and implement compensation programmes
Candidates must demonstrate previous experience in delivering these tasks, hold CIPD Level 5 qualifications as a minimum, and have worked in similar organisations, preferably in standalone roles.
The ideal candidate will have autonomy to design, deliver, and evolve all HR activities within a responsive and profitable business environment.
