Support Worker for Children with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Atrium Associates Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will provide nurturing care to children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/Learning Difficulties.
Responsibilities:- Take a child-centred approach to provide high-quality care and enable each young person to grow and develop healthily.
- Be an active participant in team activities, such as weekly team meetings and training.
- Be flexible with your approach to work, covering shifts due to absences and providing consistent care to the children.
- Full induction and introductory programme

- 28 days annual leave
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential: Full UK driving license.
Desirable: Previous qualifications and experience are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
