About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with various Year groups, both generally and on a one-to-one basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives through education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers to provide academic support to students in different classes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage students and promote their learning.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a school or similar setting within the last 3 years.
  2. Possession of a TA Qualification (desired but not essential).
  3. Experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Vision for Education is dedicated to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All staff will undergo thorough referencing checks and hold an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £85-£95 per day, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system. Additional benefits include:
