Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily tasks, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Supporting residents with their daily routines, including getting up in the morning, taking medication, and going to bed
  • Assisting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours and Pay

You will work on a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with competitive hourly rates ranging from £11.50 to £14.00 per hour.
