About the Role

This Health Care Assistant role involves providing personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily tasks, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Supporting residents with their daily routines, including getting up in the morning, taking medication, and going to bed
  • Assisting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours and Pay

You will work on a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with competitive hourly rates ranging from £11.50 to £14.00 per hour.
