About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at William Wood House in Sudbury. As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.

Job Summary

Your main duties will include providing personal care, administering medication, housekeeping, and supporting people through temporary or terminal illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality care and support services to our customers
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual customer needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be warm, friendly, and have a natural caring nature. You should have great leadership skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £11.74 per hour, which equates to approximately £23,210.78 per annum based on full-time hours. We offer a range of benefits, including paid training and development opportunities, and a competitive pension scheme.
