Healthcare Services Coordinator

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
To be considered for this position, you must have a BSc degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, as well as registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. Experience in musculoskeletal outpatients, adult/older people's rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, and neurology placements is highly desirable.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
