About the Role

As a Care Coordinator Lead at Ivolve Group, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and reliable care across the homes you oversee. This role requires a natural leader and organiser with experience in care and a passion for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Area Manager, you will support adults with diverse needs such as learning disabilities and autism.
  • You will lead your team to help individuals flourish in their home environment.
  • Ensure your team adheres to our Quality Framework and i statements outlining our care delivery approach.
  • Maintain a safe, effective, caring, responsive environment that is well-led and compliant with regulatory frameworks.
  • You will be accountable for delivering agreed hours for each service and meeting commercial performance levels.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory framework of service provision, including the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC.
  • Obligatory training qualifications, e.g., fire safety, first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, and Health and Safety awareness.
Requirements
  • RQF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • A commitment to undertaking training and development as required.
  • Possessing RQF Level 5 in social care (or willing to work towards and achieve within a given timeframe) is desirable.
