Role Overview
Leader Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Support Lead to join our team. This role involves collaborating with the team to advocate for positive development of young individuals, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment and hold a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent). A full UK driving license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to advocate for the positive development of young individuals, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
* Support the Service Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day management and high-quality care.
* Lead a team in providing therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child.
* Maintain comprehensive records, including event logs, progress reports, and care plans.

What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
