Strongly committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Youth Development Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for advocating for positive development, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting the Service Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day management.

A minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment is essential, along with a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting positive outcomes for young individuals.
* Provide therapeutic support and guidance to colleagues, empowering them to deliver high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of events, progress, and care plans.
