Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high levels of care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed therapeutic care and provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and have experience working in Children's Residential Care. Additionally, they must possess a full UK driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and be over 21 years old due to industry regulations.
