Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at William Wood House in Sudbury. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.
Job Summary

Your main duties will include providing personal care, administering medication, housekeeping, and supporting people through temporary or terminal illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to our customers
- Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
- Clean and maintain customer homes to a high standard
- Support customers with social, physical activities, and mental stimulation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be warm, friendly, and have a natural caring nature. You should have great communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £11.74 per hour, which equates to approximately £23,210.78 per annum based on full-time hours. We offer a range of benefits, including paid training and development opportunities, and a competitive pension scheme.
