About the Role

Atrium Associates Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing nurturing care to children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to children with Autism/Learning Difficulties, taking a child-centred approach to enable their growth and development.
  • Participate in team activities, including weekly team meetings and training sessions.
  • Cover shifts due to absences and provide consistent care to the children.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Minimum Requirements:

Essential: Full UK driving license.

Desirable: Previous qualifications and experience are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
