Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will work with individuals who require a high level of care and support in community settings. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent care and support to our clients, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care to our clients in community settings.">
  • Supporting clients with complex health needs, including those requiring PEG feeding, catheterization, personal care, and medication administration.">
  • Working collaboratively with our clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care delivery.">
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet our clients' unique needs.">

Requirements

">

To be successful as a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will need:

  • 2 years or more experience as a healthcare assistant with complex care experience.">
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.">
  • A Diploma in a relevant health or social subject.">
