Highly Skilled Complex Care Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Job OverviewAs a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support to our clients who require a high level of care and support at home. You will work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behaviour
- 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects
- NVQ Level 4 related subjects
- Nursery nurse qualification or similar
- Diploma in relevant health/social subject
- Commitment to delivering client-specific care
- Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members
- Competitive hourly rate: £15 per hour
- Bank, Weekdays, Weekends shifts available
