Job Title: Caregiver for Complex Needs
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver for Complex Needs to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- An adaptable approach to providing client-specific care and supporting clients with various needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support clients with managing their conditions, including MND (Motor Neurone Disease), suctioning, and cough assist.
