Domiciliary Care Assistant

**Job Description**
We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to work at William Wood House in Sudbury, supporting our customers with their daily needs and activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication administration, and assisting with eating and drinking.
You will also have the opportunity to engage with our customers in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation. Our customers' needs are diverse, and you will be expected to adapt to their changing requirements and preferences.
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that every customer receives the best possible care and support. You will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to our high standards of documentation and confidentiality.
We offer a supportive work environment, with ongoing training and development opportunities through our Orwell Academy. Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of £11.55 per hour, 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, and access to a wellbeing programme.
