Job Description


This dynamic role involves providing support to adults with varying needs, including learning disabilities and autism, in a nurturing environment that fosters growth and independence.


You will be responsible for empowering individuals to reach their goals, promoting their well-being, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized support and engagement in activities such as cooking, art, and social outings.


A key aspect of this position is managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene while maintaining a safe and organized living space.
