Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing home in Sudbury, Suffolk. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months' hands-on elderly nursing experience in the UK and be able to demonstrate their competence in caring for vulnerable adults living with conditions such as Dementia, Mental health, and learning disabilities.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 36-48 hours per week, including days and nights. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing home.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £49,900 per annum, paid hourly at £20/hour plus paid breaks. We offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development and progression, and enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays.
In addition, we provide employee assistance programmes, pay for DBS disclosures, and provide uniforms. Our employees also enjoy annual NMC PIN renewal payments.
