Autism Support Professional

Atrium Associates Ltd is looking for a Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide nurturing care to children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/Learning Difficulties.
Key Tasks:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the children and their families.
- Plan and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of each child.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Full induction and introductory programme
- Fully funded training and qualifications
- Enhanced pay scales recognising qualifications and experience

- 28 days annual leave
Estimated salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential: Full UK driving license.
Desirable: Previous qualifications and experience are welcome and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
