Job Description

Financial Controller Role

K.B.C. Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of our hotel, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and enforcement of internal controls and external audit requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve financial targets and maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Accounts qualifications or equivalent.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Previous hotel experience, preferably in a 4* or 5* establishment.
