About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Invision Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of a major residential development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage the programme of works to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors to discuss project progress and address any issues
  • Organize and coordinate pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors to ensure a smooth project start
  • Distribute tender documentation to subcontractors and analyze their tender packages
  • Award subcontractor packages and value completed works, negotiating payments as necessary
  • Prepare and review Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Manage cost control and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget
