Job Overview

Invision Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading construction company to find a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a live site and managing the procurement of multiple packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the programme of works and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors to discuss project progress and address any issues
  • Organise pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors to ensure a smooth start to the project
  • Distribute tender documentation to subcontractors and analyse their tender packages
  • Award subcontractor packages and value completed works
  • Negotiate payments with subcontractors and manage cost control and reporting
  • Prepare and review Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting
