About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at The Deaf Academy. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our people and culture strategy across the charity.

Responsibilities will include managing essential admin tasks, working with confidential information, and supporting managers and staff. You will also have the opportunity to learn about Deaf culture and British Sign Language.

About You

  • GCSE Grade C/Grade 5 in English and Maths
  • Organized, great attention to detail, and ready to learn new systems and processes
  • Customer-service focused, supporting our staff and the aims and objectives of the academy
