Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Attend job fairs and ensure documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Network with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings.
  • Oversee/monitor candidate identification and selection process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to property managers regarding selection procedures.
  • Partner with vendor partners to ensure effective advertisement efforts are being utilized for open positions.
  • Perform quality control on candidate identification/selection.
  • Administer and educate employees on benefits, including unemployment claims and medical records.
  • Support employee development through orientation programs, cross-training, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain effective employee communication channels and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
